Tom Hardy is the rough and ready Disney prince of all our hearts. He acts, he’s charming and he reads CBBC bedtime stories for kids. Just this week he was in the news for rescuing a litter of abandoned Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppies in Battersea and appealing to his 520,000 Instagram followers to help find them a new home. The good news is Battersea Dogs and Cats Home confirmed that all the puppies had found happy homes. Tom is a big dog lover, with his own best four-legged friend Woody passing away last year from a muscle disorder called polymyositis.
You might think that Tom was already too talented, too diverse a performer. What else could this man have in his arsenal? Surely not much. You’d be horribly wrong, because Tom Hardy’s 1999 rap mixtape has leaked online and the whole world has stopped turning. The mixtape is called ‘Falling On Your Arse’ and it features the work of a DJ called Eddie Too Tall (Ed Tracy) and a rapper that goes by Tommy No. 1 (you guessed it, Tom Hardy).Highlights include three different versions of their original song ‘We Makes The Beats’ (there’s a Hairy Mix, a No More Whiskey Mix and a Codpiece Mix because of course there is) and one tune entitled ‘Dr Livingstoned’. Tom has opened up about his earlier rap career in interviews before, explaining that there are a few albums floating around out there. This is great news for us fans of Tommy No.1 and we’re sure Tom Hardy is just over the moon with the release
